Phoebe moved out with her mother while her younger brother, Conner Walsh, stayed with their father. However, in the year when she was 30 years old, her father passed away due to a heart attack, leaving their house empty. This summer, Phoebe moves to this childhood home in Florida, helping her younger brother clean this house and make it ready to sell.
Phoebe drives by herself from North Carolina to Florida with a two-hundred-pound Victorian writing desk strapped to the roof of her car. It was already two in the morning when she arrived in Florida.
