• What payment methods are accepted?

• In which cases do I need a redeem code to activate my account?

Three-month plan, two-year plan, and perpetual plan are based on an activation key. After you successfully place the order, we will email you the order details. If your purchase is a key-based plan, you’ll receive an email with the necessary activation key and related steps to activate your account.

• Can I cancel my subscription any time?

  Yes. You can contact us to end your subscription plan whenever you want. However, once you cancel it, we will not renew your account and will disable all features after the current subscription plan expires.
